The Challenge:
Breathing problems are more than just feeling out of breath; they can significantly impact our health and daily lives.
Globally, 200 million people are affected by COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease). This condition makes breathing hard, leading to fatigue, limited physical activity, and increased risk of respiratory infections.
Moreover, anxiety adds another layer of complexity. When we're stressed or anxious, our breathing can become shallow and irregular, making it even harder to relax and function normally. This cycle of anxiety and breathlessness can feel overwhelming and affect our overall well-being.
How Pulmo app can help?
Pulmo app helps you improve your lung health and performance with evidence-based breathing exercises.
Our objective with Pulmo is to provide a virtual respiratory therapist who can guide users through scientifically-backed exercises and tailored techniques.
For individuals living with COPD and Asthma, the app offers customized exercises to strengthen their lungs and reduce breathlessness.
Additionally, Pulmo provides guided breathwork to help people improve sleep, mood & energy!
We aim to make breathing as effortless as it is meant to be.
